RB Kelly is a science fiction author and film theorist.

​Her first novel, The Edge of Heaven, was a winner of the Irish Writers' Centre Novel Fair Competition and is published by NewCon Press. Her work has appeared in such publications as Aurealis, Andromeda Spaceways Magazine and Deraciné Magazine, and one short story, Blumelena, was shortlisted for the Bridport Prize. Her doctoral thesis, Mark Antony And Popular Culture, was published by IB Tauris in 2014.
